Linda Mulligan is an experienced independent researcher, specialising in tracing people affected by Irish adoption or family separation.

Linda has personal experience of adoption in Ireland and the journey has inspired a passion to empower and support others with their personal set of circumstances on their journey.

Linda has successfully reunited families affected by adoption enriching their lives through connection. With focus and meticulous attention to detail, no stone will be left unturned. Along with her compassionate and empathetic approach, all parties feel guided and supported throughout the process.

Having graduated with a Diploma in Irish Family History, Linda has applied the research and tracing skills learned ensuring each case is handled with diligence and professionalism.

Through the Mediation Foundation of Ireland, Linda is a qualified mediator and acts as an intermediary between the searching party and the party being traced.

Drawing from her career as an executive trainer in core competencies such as, attitude, motivation, communication skills, negotiation skills, strategic thinking & planning; Linda has a broad range of skill sets to draw upon in the research and tracing process.
